I’m feeling pleased with the progress!
After many years emtombed, Mythtaken has been resurrected to be shown in the group exhibition Monstrous? at dc3 Art Projects in Edmonton, AB.
After revitalizing her in the studio for the past couple of weeks, she’s radiating.
My stop-motion animation Awesomosis will also be in the gallery along with the puppets from the film.
Monstrous? Includes work by Shanell Papp, Tammy Salzl, Dana Dal bo, Dana Holst, Alysha Creighton, and Janice Wright Cheney. Opening reception is Thursday, March 12th from 5pm-9pm. If you’re in Edmonton go see it!
I’m very pleased to announce my March and April studio residency at the Calgary Allied Arts Foundation (CAAF) where I will be fashioning my Tajima embroideries into western-inspired outfits.
